A completely new concept in choke design! At power and audio frequencies, NRD's newly-developed Ferrite Bead Chokes virtually disappear from your circuits eclectically. They present no more impedance than ordinary bus wire. At frequencies in the range above 10 mc. NRD Ferrite Bead Chokes exhibit substantially constant AC resistance and impedance from 10 to above 300 mc., making them extremely useful for isolating high frequency signals from low frequencies as found in power supply and audio circuits.

Unlike conventional chokes, the effective inductance of these new NRD chokes is relatively low. The effective AC resistance completely overcomes inductance, giving you a new device free of all undesired resonant effects...functioning more like a frequency selective resistor than a conventional inductor.
