BTS can be used by inexperienced personnel after a few minutes of instruction and demonstration. It provides accurate, easily understood audio and/or visual information relative to the internal condition of valves, gear boxes, bearings, motors, pumps, etc., while this equipment continues in normal operation.
BTS provides vital information relative to abnormal vibration, improper lubrication, leakage, excessive clearances, misalignment, mechanical, wear, etc. |

MODEL BTS 104

The BTS 104 is designed to measure/evaluate in the relative condition of equipment while in normal operation. Provides both numerical meter readings and audible headset signals. The selective filtering network allows selection of high or low frequency response permitting detailed monitoring of machines having different acoustic or vibratory characteristics. The unit employs a standard probe or magnetic detector designed to attenuate extraneous signals while extracting only significant signals from area under test.
The BTS 105 is similar to the BTS 104 except that it employs a Constant Pressure Probe instead of the standard probe, as pictured above.
